AS 2.6 Algebra Methods AS91261 is a 4 credit externally assessed standard.

Achievement Standard 2.6 Algebra continues from level 1 with more complex simplifying and solving equations. Several new concepts are introduced: the Quadratic formula, Surds, Logarithms and using logarithms to solve exponential equations.
